Cancellation & Refunds

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at homesteadsviands@gmail.com or call us with your order number.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may return the product according to our return policy.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
  • Wrong Product: If you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will provide a full refund or send the correct product.
  • Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
  • Order Cancellation: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Process

  2. We will review your request and may ask for additional information or photos (for damaged products).
  3. Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

  • Credit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days

Note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been opened or used (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Products purchased during special promotions or sales (unless defective)

6. Return Shipping

  • For products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges for the same item in a different size or variant, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at homesteadsviands@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.
