Ingredients

  • Fresh Oyster Mushroom2 tbsp

    * Rehydrated with warm water

  • Onion1 medium

    * Finely sliced

  • Curry Leaves1 sprig

    * Fresh curry leaves

  • Green Chilies2 pieces

    * Slit lengthwise

  • Turmeric Powder1/4 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder1/2 tsp
  • Coconut Oil2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste

Instructions

Keep the fresh oyster mushroom in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain excess water.

Heat coconut oil in a pan and add sliced onions. Sauté until golden brown.

Add curry leaves, green chilies, and sauté for a minute.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add the rehydrated mushrooms and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until well coated with spices.

Serve hot as a side dish.
