Mushroom Soup (Koon Soup)

Ingredients

  • Oyster Mushroom Soup Powder2 tbsp
  • Onion1 small

    * Finely chopped

  • Garlic2 cloves

    * Minced

  • Vegetable Stock2 cups
  • Black Pepper1/4 tsp

    * Freshly ground

  • Oil1 tbsp
  • Saltto taste

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Sauté until translucent.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add mushroom soup powder and cook for 2 minutes.

Add vegetable stock and bring to a boil.

Simmer for 8-10 minutes on low heat.

Add salt and black pepper. Serve hot.
