  • International: Selected countries (please check our International Orders page for details)

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within the following timeframes:

  • Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
  • Custom Orders: 3-5 business days
  • Holiday Periods: Processing may take longer during festivals and holidays

Note: Processing time does not include weekends and public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
  • You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier company's website.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • We will make up to 3 delivery attempts to deliver your order.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • You may be charged additional shipping fees for re-delivery attempts.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.

6. Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate:

  • Full name of the recipient
  • Complete address with house/flat number
  • Street name and area
  • City, state, and PIN code
  • Contact phone number
  • Landmarks (if applicable)

  • All our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Fragile items are packed with extra protection and marked as "Handle with Care."
  • We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.
  • Products are sealed to maintain freshness during transit.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
  • We will investigate the matter with the courier company and provide a replacement or refund.
  • Please keep the original packaging and take photos if the package is damaged.
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery attempt.
