1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship our products to the following locations:
- Domestic (India): All states and union territories across India
- International: Selected countries (please check our International Orders page for details)
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within the following timeframes:
- Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
- Custom Orders: 3-5 business days
- Holiday Periods: Processing may take longer during festivals and holidays
Note: Processing time does not include weekends and public holidays.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Domestic Shipping (India)

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
- You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier company's website.

5. Delivery Attempts
- We will make up to 3 delivery attempts to deliver your order.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
- You may be charged additional shipping fees for re-delivery attempts.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.
6. Address Requirements
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate:
- Full name of the recipient
- Complete address with house/flat number
- Street name and area
- City, state, and PIN code
- Contact phone number
- Landmarks (if applicable)
7. Special Handling
- All our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Fragile items are packed with extra protection and marked as "Handle with Care."
- We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.
- Products are sealed to maintain freshness during transit.
8. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

- Transportation strikes or disruptions
- Remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- Holiday seasons and peak periods
We will keep you informed of any significant delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
- We will investigate the matter with the courier company and provide a replacement or refund.
- Please keep the original packaging and take photos if the package is damaged.
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery attempt.
