Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return products under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must have all original tags, labels, and accessories.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Products Eligible for Return

The following product conditions qualify for returns:

  • Damaged Products: Items that arrive damaged or broken during shipping.
  • Wrong Product: If you receive a different product than what you ordered.
  • Defective Products: Items with manufacturing defects or quality issues.
  • Quality Concerns: Products that do not meet our quality standards.
  • Change of Mind: Unopened products in original condition (customer pays return shipping).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance sales
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window

4. How to Initiate a Return

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at homesteadsviands@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Include photos of the product if it's damaged or defective.
  4. Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24-48 hours.
  5. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

5. Return Shipping

  • Damaged/Defective/Wrong Items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during return transit.
  • Use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number for reference.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

6. Return Processing

Once we receive your returned product:

  1. We will inspect the returned item within 2-3 business days.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received and inspected.
  3. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
  4. If the return is rejected (e.g., item is used or damaged), we will contact you with the reason and may return the item to you at your expense.

7. Refunds

Refunds for approved returns will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
  • The refund amount will include the product cost and any applicable taxes.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the following scenarios:

  • Same Product, Different Size/Variant: Subject to availability.
  • Damaged/Defective Products: We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the replacement product is not available, we will process a full refund.

9. Partial Returns

If you ordered multiple items and wish to return only some of them, you may do so. Each item will be evaluated individually based on our return policy. Partial returns may affect eligibility for free shipping thresholds, and you may be charged a shipping fee if the remaining order value falls below the free shipping minimum.

10. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable. 11. Return Address

Please do not send returns without prior authorization. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.
